What is PureGlamTress return policy?
Due to Federal Health Regulations and the sensitive nature of PureGlamTress products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All of PureGlamTress human hair products has undergone a vigorous quality assurance process to ensure it is free of any imperfections. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. If the unused product received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it as long as it is not unraveled and in it's original packaging.
What color are PureGlamTress extensions?
Unless specified wig units, bundles, lace frontals and lace closures are a natural brown color comparable to 1B.
Can I dye my PureGlamTress extensions?
Yes. All PureGlamTress wig units, bundles, frontals and closures can be custom colored by either yourself or a professional hairstylist. We highly recommend any coloring to be performed by a licensed professional.
Does PureGlamTress ship Internationally?
At this present time, PureGlamTress only ships our quality products across the United States.

PureGlamTress accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. We also offer affordable Buy Now Pay Later options through Shop Pay.
How Long for processing, shipping and delivery?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing, shipping and delivery. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Can I Curl and Straighten My PureGlamTressm extensions?
Just like your own hair, PureGlamTress Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your PureGlamTress Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your extensions.
How long does PureGlamTress hair extensions last?
The lifespan of PureGlamTress hair extensions is determined by how well you take care of them, what products are used on them, and how often they are worn. Usually, the lifespan of PureGlamTress hair extensions is between 6 months, up to a year or longer, depending on the general care they receive.
